Biography

He comes from Olympus on the island of Karpathos. She studied stage design in Greece with Tasos Zographos and Petros Kapouralis. He has directed plays, music programs and operas.

In cinema, he has been awarded with a prize for set design at the Thessaloniki Film Festival with the film 'Karavan Serai'. He has designed dozens of TV series, including,
'Giannis and Maria' on ERT in 1981, the big production of MEGA 'To Nisi' in 2010 and this year 'Λόγω τιμής 20 years later' on SKAI and the daily series 'Wild Bees' on ANT1.

He studied the architecture of 7 central music scenes in Athens.
He was the technical supervisor of the ceremony of the Ministry of Culture at the Acropolis 'millennium 2000'.

Since 1998 he served the National Opera as its Technical Director and resigned in September 2006 after disagreeing and denouncing the management for the 'architectural' violations-illegalities in the Olympia Theatre.

He teaches stage design at a drama school.
